My Ragdoll Cat Adventures Part Two

June 23rd Blog Post 122 Hot Weather and Cool Walks 

It has been uncomfortably hot this past week. Temperatures are up in the 25s and the house is very hot. The boys have been a bit lethargic and spending a lot of time laying on their backs with their feet in the air on the cool floor. It has been nice taking them out in the garden in the early mornings as it is cooler then. Charlie caught five moths on the walk yesterday and Tom did not manage to catch any bless him. It was funny watching them jump up and try to catch them. This morning they all ran after a very bold blackbird that had landed on the grass and it was a close call!
Me and boyfriend have continued closing the bedroom door every so often for some privacy and they are not scratching at the door as much so making progress. I think it is Charlie and Jack that tend to scratch a bit but they give up now and leave us in peace for a while. I think they are learning they cannot always get their own way!
