Got them all some toys from Zooplus last week, and I couldn’t resist. It was hilarious. Tom and Leo were fighting over the Amuller cat nip skunk and Jack dragged off the new feather dangler toy and growled at it if anyone came near. The three little cat-nip-stuffed cats were not such as big hit. Maybe they did not have as much cat nip in them. See the video of the antics. They were bonkers afterward and running around and fighting. Overstimulated, I think. Kept them busy for a while anyway, and then they were sleeping later so managed to get some work done!

What Is A Ragdoll Cat?

The Ragdoll cat as legend has it, was descended from Josephine a feral cat living in California in the 1960s. She was struck by a car and after she recovered, her kittens produced all the winning traits that would become the hallmark of the Ragdoll cat including large heavy build, soft downy fur, docility and laid-back personality. The original bloodlines of Ragdolls can be traced back to Ann Baker’s Ragdoll cats. It was she who developed the breed from the original Josphine. Ragdolls are beautiful, friendly, loving cats know as gentle giants of the cat world.
