This is my final post for my blog and goodbye to my website (it will finish 20th March 2025.) Unfortunately, I can no longer afford my website as the maintenance costs are too high. It is such a shame as I love my website and my blog. I have enjoyed doing them these last three years and I am proud of the work I put into my site and I hope that some people out there have found this information helpful and enjoyed reading about my life with my boys. I will hopefully publish all the articles and my blog story one day so it will be available for people to read in the future.

My boys are all around me as I write this and they will never know they were famous for awhile on the internet (well, maybe, lol.) Goodbye to my readers and thank you for showing an interest. Ragdoll cats for life.

What Is A Ragdoll Cat?

The Ragdoll cat as legend has it, was descended from Josephine a feral cat living in California in the 1960s. She was struck by a car and after she recovered, her kittens produced all the winning traits that would become the hallmark of the Ragdoll cat including large heavy build, soft downy fur, docility and laid-back personality. The original bloodlines of Ragdolls can be traced back to Ann Baker’s Ragdoll cats. It was she who developed the breed from the original Josphine. Ragdolls are beautiful, friendly, loving cats know as gentle giants of the cat world.
