My Ragdoll Cat Adventures Blog Part Two

23rd Sep Blog Post 47 Mummy What’s That?

I woke the other morning with Leo and Charlie both on my chest purring away and licking each other. It was such a lovely moment of brotherly love.

We had our usual morning walk. They were all going in and out the catio having a sniff around which was good to see (at least it is getting some use now.) It is shame there is no grass on the ground inside it. Its just dirt at the moment. Although they do like digging in it.

There are daddy longlegs bugs everywhere at the moment and the boys love to chase and eat them.

Leo makes my smile when I am in the bath as he gets frustrated that he can’t get to me without getting very wet so he jumps up and walks carefully along the side and meows at me while I am trying to shave my legs, as if he is saying ‘Mummy hurry up and get out the bath so we can play.’ Either that or he as worried about my dodgy shaving technique which often ends in my cutting myself.

There are a few owl shrieks during the morning walks and they got a bit scared. Leo and Charlie went running inside the house, their were eyes wide and ears flat.

Then next walkies, there was a cat on the fence a little grey and black moggie. It was looking at them for a while. Charlie was the closest and he was interested but did not do anything, and the others did not know what do to I think. It freaked them a bit. Eventually, the cat jumped into next doors garden. They all came running in the house again, except for Tom. He wasn’t bothered. They did not show any aggression towards the cat though, just shows how placid Ragdolls are and that they don’t have much experience with other cats (and animals.)
