12th Jan 2024 Blog Post 175 Raggies on the Sofa
The boys seem to think the sofa is theirs at the moment. They used to either be all on the cat tree or on the floor. Now every day they are on my sofa which is fine but a bit annoying when I want to lie down and have an afternoon nap or when it is the evening and me and boyfriend want to sit there! I have got a pic of all four of them on the sofa last week. I was shocked as Jack does not tolerate being so close to everyone else especially Leo and Charlie but they were all snuggled up together side by side. It was so cute. Me and boyfriend just try and move them now when we want to sit down but it takes some doing as they just flop like dead weights are very heavy to pick up! I kind of slide them up a bit to make room for us. If it is when I am having an afternoon nap I just gently lift them up on the blanket and carefully slide in underneath. They sometimes tip over and slide down into the back of the sofa but then they move and snuggle up on top of me. I then have these big purring fluff balls on my chest keeping me warm. I quite enjoy it actually. It is Leo and Charlie’s two year birthday today. Will write about that in Monday’s blog.
