My Ragdoll Cat Adventures Part Three

24th May Blog 211 Clingy

Not much exciting has happened this week. I have been a bit of colour with another cystitis episode so have not been as active and productive as a I normally am (uh hum!.)

Has allowed me lots of time at home with the boys. They do cheer me up every day and sometimes I don’t think I would get out of bed if I did not have them. Charlie wakes me up at dawn by sitting on my chest and purring. Can be annoying sometimes but I quite like it. He is normally meowing at me from the moment I go downstairs after I get up as he wants to go out and play! I always tell him he has to be patient and wait till I am ready and he needs to have his breakfast first. After they are fed and I have my cup of tea then we go outside in the garden. Charlie and Leo love it and run around and chase each other or sit in the catio (if it is raining.) Jack likes the garden as well and loves to watch the birds fly over. Tom waits for a while before venturing out as he is the most nervous one but he usually feels brave enough to go and sit in the garden and watch the others. I let them stay out for an hour or so. Then it’s back in and I settle down to do some work. Try to anyway! They have a few mad moments and poopie zoomies between 8-10AM and go charging about up and down the stairs and on the landing. I have got used to it so ignore it. By about 10AM Charlie is hassling me for food so I end giving in and giving them early lunch to shut them up! They then spend the rest of the day sleeping on the sofa, the cat tree or sitting on the chair next to me and the floor at my feet. We do absolutely everything together and they are never far away from my side. It can be suffocating at times and it drives me nuts when they are pestering me for fuss, play or attention. However, I would not have it any other way. I love it all and I love them so much.
