29th Dec Blog Post 171 Christmas
It was a lovely Christmas day and me and boyfriend opened the boys christmas presents for them and there was lots of excitement and playing with the wrapping paper and chewing the sellotape. The cat nip toys were a big hit. I took a couple of videos (video 1, video 2, video 3, video 4 and pics below) of them. It was so funny when Tom grabbed the cat nip fluffy bird toy and ran off with it and was growling and trying to ‘kill it’. Leo and Jack followed him and they all had a go at trying to kill the bird. The catnip mice were popular as well. They did not seem as interested in some of the other toys. Charlie was not very excited about his new spring coils! Leo liked his scrunchie toys and Leo and Charlie especially enjoyed their big present of the cardboard scratching board with holes in and rattly jingly balls inside. They had fun trying to get them out. I did get them a similar toy a few months ago but they have worn that one down with the scratching so I thought I would get them a new one. Then me and boyfriend opened our presents together while the boys watched. He got me some very nice gifts and he liked the gifts I got him. Very romantic. Leo decided to get into the gift bag (see pics below.) They then had a good run around and some squabbling started by Charlie as usual.
