My Ragdoll Cat Adventures Part Two

29th Aug Blog Post 40 Ball Stacker

Leo made me laugh the other day. I did not notice at first what he had been up to. I found some of these ping pong type balls upstairs and downstairs and I thought it was just more out of the toy box. Then I saw Leo playing with the ball stacker toy upstairs before I went to bed and I realised he had managed to get the balls out as there was only one remaining in it (when there should have been three.) I don’t know how he does it. I think he gets his paws in-between the levels and pulls it out. He was starting to get frustrated though as he couldn’t get the last ball out so he picked it up with his teeth and dropped it on the floor (as if that would work!) They are determined cats.

Tom is still pestering me to take him on out on his lead in the morning but I still haven’t get Leo and Charlie used to wearing their harnesses yet so keep putting if off but I know I need to take them out soon and it would make Tom so happy.

Now the weather has cooled a bit this week the house is less sweaty and the cats seem to be more energetic and more play time. We had a session at the weekend with the cardboard boxes and the scarves I have set up for them in the kitchen and I also got a blanket and put that over them and they love it! Jack growls at Leo and Charlie if they sit on him which is funny. Charlie has still been managing to squeeze into the sink downstairs and in the upstairs bathroom. I think soon he will be too big to fit in it!
