Tom did not want to go out when we went for a walk last week in the early morning. Leo had fun chasing leaves, scaring me by getting too close to the fence. Charlie went in the catio and was there ages staring at a big spider, not sure if he got it or not. Jack was not keen on going out as it was very windy and the wind kept blowing the patio door back and forth so he went running in after a particularly big gust of wind but he stayed at the door watching Leo and Charlie waiting for them to come in. He is such the ‘dad’ of the group or the Boss I should probably say.

What Is A Ragdoll Cat?

The Ragdoll cat as legend has it, was descended from Josephine a feral cat living in California in the 1960s. She was struck by a car and after she recovered, her kittens produced all the winning traits that would become the hallmark of the Ragdoll cat including large heavy build, soft downy fur, docility and laid-back personality. The original bloodlines of Ragdolls can be traced back to Ann Baker’s Ragdoll cats. It was she who developed the breed from the original Josphine. Ragdolls are beautiful, friendly, loving cats know as gentle giants of the cat world.
