I did the housework last weekend, which took me about two hours. It involves a lot of vacuuming up cat hair and cat litter. Then just after I wash the floor, Leo knocks over a bowl of water and walks wet paw prints all over the floor! Little devil.

They all start messing about when boyfriend and I try to have some cuddles on the sofa, and Leo always goes for a smelly poo to completely ruin the mood! I swear they do it on purpose! They are warming up boyfriend, especially Charlie and Tom. They like to jump up onto the sofa and sit on either side of him. Leo tends to keep his distance a little as he is still a little nervous. Jack keeps a watchful eye from the top of the cat tree usually. He is still not happy about someone taking his mummy away from him. He is the alpha male.

What Is A Ragdoll Cat?

The Ragdoll cat as legend has it, was descended from Josephine a feral cat living in California in the 1960s. She was struck by a car and after she recovered, her kittens produced all the winning traits that would become the hallmark of the Ragdoll cat including large heavy build, soft downy fur, docility and laid-back personality. The original bloodlines of Ragdolls can be traced back to Ann Baker’s Ragdoll cats. It was she who developed the breed from the original Josphine. Ragdolls are beautiful, friendly, loving cats know as gentle giants of the cat world.
