My Ragdoll Cat Adventures Part Two

29th April Blog Post 107 Chasing and Games

Charlie has been chasing after birds in the garden running towards the fence, scaring the life out of me! I know it’s not his fault as he and the others just get so excited outside when the birds fly over. They are fascinated by them, and it is only natural, I guess. We had a wet walk this morning, and they all got damp and muddy. Dirty paw prints everywhere!

They caught a centipede the other day. Horrible things! Yuck. Thankfully none of them ate it, as I suspect they do not taste very nice!

Tom has been copying Charlie’s game of fetch with the spring coils. When I chuck it for Charlie, Tom goes running after it too, and he did bring it back once, but then Charlie took over and was fetching it for me. It was so cute though, that Tom wanted to play too. They do copy each other’s behaviour quite a lot, like the jumping on the worktop thing when I dish out the food that Jack copied from Charlie. Half the time Jack only eats a mouthful anyway, but he just likes to be in the act and not be left out! Jack is much better now, and he recovered from his tummy upset by Monday and normal poops which I was very glad about! The medicine the vet gave worked well. Just hope it does not happen again, as he was so uncomfortable and miserable bless him. I hate when my babies are off-colour though thankfully does not happen often.
