So I have a little secret which I will tell you now. I have had a tattoo done on my back of all my boys! See pics above showing the process.

Had the outline done in August and the colouring done two weeks ago.

I think it looks pretty sweet. It is not an exact likeness but more a representation of their beautiful colours, big blue eyes, and individual expressions.

Jack is the one at the top as he is the uber-boss, on the left-hand side is Leo who is Jack’s side-kick, the right is Tom who is the under-secretary keeping an eye on them all, and at the bottom is baby Charlie who needs the most looking after in the family.

In total, it was a combined time of 4 and a half hours, and yes, it was agony but totally worth it. I have shown it to them, of course, but I am not sure if they realise it is them!

I love the fact they are forever with me, immortalized on my skin.

What Is A Ragdoll Cat?

The Ragdoll cat as legend has it, was descended from Josephine a feral cat living in California in the 1960s. She was struck by a car and after she recovered, her kittens produced all the winning traits that would become the hallmark of the Ragdoll cat including large heavy build, soft downy fur, docility and laid-back personality. The original bloodlines of Ragdolls can be traced back to Ann Baker’s Ragdoll cats. It was she who developed the breed from the original Josphine. Ragdolls are beautiful, friendly, loving cats know as gentle giants of the cat world.
